sound familiar? Being put on hold is the most annoying thing in the world to me... especially when it insists on beeping at me! Or sometimes you get those hold features that play music... uuugh! and it's always the worst kind of music... and usually staticy!! Blah!

I waited on hold the other day for 30 mins... just to have the chick on the other side say, "sorry, you've been transferred to the wrong department, please hold." before I even got a word in, she was gone and there I was again....
